Sentinel SuperPro End User Guide

If the serial number of your key begins with SK, NP or NPU, this guide provides in-depth troubleshooting of Sentinel System Drivers for both Parallel and USB Sentinel SuperPro keys. This guide also contains a complete description of Sentinel Driver installation.

Latest Sentinel System Driver from SafeNet

If the serial number of your key begins with SK or NC, you must install Sentinel System Driver on the computer which has the key attached.

**After clicking the link at left, right click on the yellow security bar on top of your browser and choose Download File.

Sentinel Protection Installer

If the serial number of your key begins with NP or NPU, you must install Sentinel Protection Installer on the computer which has the key attacthed. This installer contains both Sentinel System Driver and Sentinel Protection Server.

NetSentinel Server

If the serial number of your key begins with NC, you must install a NetSentinel Server on the computer which has the key attached.

Sentinel SuperPro Medic

Diagnostic utility provided by SafeNet for keys with serial number begins with SK, NP or NPU. SuperPro Medic is used to detect the Sentinel System Driver and a Sentinel SuperPro key are installed properly. SuperPro Medic can also generate log file for troubleshooting.

Sentinel Advanced Medic

Diagnostic utility provided by SafeNet for keys with serial number begins with NP or NPU. Sentinel Advanced Medic (SAM) utility is used to detect that a Sentinel SuperPro key, Sentinel System Driver, Sentinel Servers and all its components are working fine. SAM can also generate log file for analyzing security key issue if any.

NetSentinel Medic

Diagnostic utility provided by SafeNet for keys with serial number begins with NC.

Sentinel System Driver Cleanup for 32-bit Windows

SSDcleanup.exe is a utility which removes all installations of Sentinel System Driver from the system. We recommend using the normal driver un-installation (Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs) to remove Sentinel System Driver from your system. Use this utility only as the last option in situation where you can neither install newer version of the driver nor un-install the older one. This utility will clean up all the installed Sentinel Drivers and bring the system to a state it was before installing any of the Sentinel Drivers.
