IES IMPORT contains INTEGRATED’s 3D file handling capabilities without any ability to draw, modify or analyze the geometry.
All INTEGRATED programs link directly to CAD programs such as I-deas, SolidWorks, ProEngineer, Inventor
and Solid Edge to allow true representation of complex geometric shapes. In some cases, the
draft person is not working in the same office or with the same software as the INTEGRATED user.
Rather than purchase an INTEGRATED license for the draft person or a CAD license for the INTEGRATED user,
IES IMPORT is available.
IES IMPORT lets the drafting person import a 3D model from solid modeling software, zoom
in and out and rotate the model to ensure the model is accurate. The model can then be saved
to an IES database format and sent to the INTEGRATED 3D user for further analysis.
